Amazon Alexa “Dinner and A Movie”

Alexa’s original design requires users to invoke a “skill”  to complete tasks. There was no mechanism to switch between skills to complete a unified task. The “Dinner and a Movie” project created a way to move seamlessly between multiple skills at once to plan a night out. The experience existed on both VUI & GUI versions of the device and was showcased as part of the keynote address at Amazon’s 2019 re: MARS event.

Johnson & Johnson Babycenter

After years as the “go-to” brand for expecting parents seeking advice, the Babycenter ecosystem had become bloated and unnavigable. Our project began as a pilot test to understand how a chatbot might fit within the broader Babycenter offering but became a much more holistic strategic vision for their content and brand which is still in use today.
